Summary:
Druwest Landscape Management LLC.
is seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant.
The Assistant will work directly with the owner and handle many aspects of the business.
They will be responsible for keeping track of schedules, researching and obtaining materials and equipment when needed, social media and marketing campaigns to build clientele, retail sales in garden center, handle a variety of tasks as they come up, assist with office operations when needed.
This is a salary position.
Pay will be dependent on experience.

Essential Functions:
Manage a busy schedule Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner Track and manage employee payroll Provide office assistance as needed Sell services to new clients/up-sell services to existing clients Update and manage company website and social media Perform other tasks as assigned by the owner Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required 2-3 years previous experience in an office environment preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people; ability to deal effectively with a variety of personalities, situations, and concerns.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.
) and Google G Suite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.
