The Product Management Specialist for Automation will work within the AGCO EFG product management team which is responsible for onboard electronics.
This person will be a member of a customer-focused agile product team that is responsible for guiding the development of new automation features for AGCO machines.
What You Will Do Identify customer and specific vehicle platform needs related to Automation in different regions together with customer experience team.
Understand / monitor competitive market environment.
Define and specify new features in collaboration with Product Manager and stakeholders like customer experience PM or marketing teams.
Work accordingly to agile product development processes (e.
g.
collaboration with agile development teams) Support Sr.
Product Manager and Product Managers with definition and implementation of the product strategy Manage & prioritize product backlog within PM team.
Go to person for stakeholders like platform or marketing teams to answer questions regarding Automation features.
Support release of new features across regions, cultures and brands - coordination with Integration Teams and Marketing What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree and an agricultural background or agricultural studies Strong and detailed understanding of agricultural work processes Experience with precision farming solutions and interest in new technology and innovations Strong communication and collaboration skill A Plus If You Have Fluent English, second language e.

German, French, Portuguese preferred International experience, e.
