Area Sales Manager III

Your tasks and responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role, Area Sales Manager - Southwest, are to: Position PM&PH portfolio (products and services) to reach personal sales targets as established, increasing PMPs Share of Wallet; Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals; Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives; Work with distribution partners in the area and actively support development and implementation of distribution concepts in line with business segment requirements; Work with PMPs & Association on training and stewardship; Assess data provided by business analyst and implements area sales strategies; identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas. Who you are Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience or non-degreed with minimum of 10 years' experience in successfully growing business in relevant retail accounts; Solid experience in strategic planning, sales, cross-functional support and business development; Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities result oriented and able to work under pressure; Proven ability to lead teams effectively and work with colleagues at all levels of the organization; Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
